JCPenney - (Near Rosenberg, TX)

Olis Mom Alicia at this location is amazing. I had stopped coming in store because of a rude worker and just started picking up online orders. I went in for pick up with my daughter and was greeted by Alicia and she was so great. She even asked if I wanted to try on my online pickup to make sure it fit before I left. I ended up shopping around and found some other really nice items to buy. Im going to start shopping in store again thanks to Alicia. She made our experience at Maurices enjoyable again.

Ava Danielson I dropped off 4 large bags with a wide variety of items, some luxury some more modest, and they ended up taking about 30% of my items, which I was super happy with! They offered me a very fair price in return, and despite the high volume of items had a quick turn around time. I dropped everything off around 1PM on Wed 1/14 and it was ready around 3:15. I spent almost all of what they paid for my items in store lol, their selection is soooo good! Lots of great quality vintage, athletic wear, and SHOESSS! Highly recommend recycling your items and shopping here! Everybody in the store was very helpful and kind as well.

Nelsha Jiwa I had a very good experience with Munira ..she is very helpful , kind and friendly..it’s very rare these days to find anyone to help and suggest you! She gave me the best customer service even after asking her questions to make sure I wouldn’t have any trouble after making my purchase.. she was so patient and helpful!! Go see Munira at first colony location! She won’t disappoint you!!

Shanita Fobbs Store was empty so I was able to shop without a lot of traffic. LOTS of options and affordable!!¡

ashley forga First time in this place, everything was super cute!! I love the lady there I had my son with me who wanted to run, she got some cute outfits that I ended up buying ( great taste!) they had a kid area to draw ♥️
