2 /5 Alexandriae: Ive visited several Talbots across Houston and employees are generally friendly. Same can be said for most employees at this location, with the exception of Valerie. She forces the Talbots card on customers (including those who dont speak English well and dont understand what theyre getting into - seen this twice while shopping), suggests they spend more (especially with Asian customers), and lies about company policy on price adjustments/repurchase and refunds to merch credit.
I have previously stopped shopping at J.Jill due to multiple poor experiences and will do the same with Talbots if Valerie continues to work here and I encounter similar issues at other locations.
