Talbots - (Near Sugar Land, TX)

5 /5 Ann: I love the quality of the clothes at Talbots. I used to travel to the outlet in Meyerland. However, the sales and quality in Sugar Land make for a good shopping experience. I’d rather purchase one lasting quality clothing item, than many of less quality. Helpful staff.

2 /5 Alexandriae: Ive visited several Talbots across Houston and employees are generally friendly. Same can be said for most employees at this location, with the exception of Valerie. She forces the Talbots card on customers (including those who dont speak English well and dont understand what theyre getting into - seen this twice while shopping), suggests they spend more (especially with Asian customers), and lies about company policy on price adjustments/repurchase and refunds to merch credit. I have previously stopped shopping at J.Jill due to multiple poor experiences and will do the same with Talbots if Valerie continues to work here and I encounter similar issues at other locations.

3 /5 Virginia Sanders: Customer service okay but one of the ladies working was very loud and she needs to turn down her back handed comments, because some were coming off a little rude. The other lady was super sweet and helpful.

5 /5 Peace Maker: Excellent quality of service and their return policies are barr non! Sales are off the hook! Most of their clothing are very good quality and stand the test of time. Pricing are high, but worth it.

2 /5 Teresa OBrien: No sense of customer service when checking out , had to wait a long time until I asked an employee if she could check me out,
