American Eagle - (Near Olympia, WA)

Matthew Jackson I haven’t shopped in an Aeropostale in years, but after striking out at several other brands in this mall while shopping for a selection of much-needed new pants and tops, came across this store, and wandered in (mostly out of nostalgia and curiosity tbh). I am glad I did - not only was the store far more tidy and organized than any other brand I visited, but I found several excellent options for items I was looking for, and a few unexpected styles that I was really into. The sales they had going encouraged me to buy more than I planned to get, but I’m honestly blown away with how well Aeropostale came through for me. The sales associate who helped me was also extremely friendly, and I will definitely be back. They literally salvaged my experience at Southcenter single-handedly.

Holly Diaz I was helped by Danielle today (5/14/19) and she was amazing. She got me a room and probably ten different times during my visit helped me find items in different sizes or just gave me ideas. She was so friendly and quick with everything I asked of her. She gave exemplary customer service. I definitely felt welcome and encouraged to return.

Susan Reiter Wonderful customer service! Clothes are very well made and last a long time. New styles arrive every few weeks and previous styles go on sale so watch on-line and you can get some terrific bargains.

Noelle Tanner I went in yesterday to grab some all terrain tennis shoes, i almost walked out and skylar caught me and pulled out some shoes from the back part of the store for me to try after I told him my size. He was so knowledgeable and so helpful and so so kind. He told me about a bunch of sales and I spent way more than I intended to because, he was so personable and I just love a good deal. I had some trouble with a gift card situation and it took like an hour to resolve, but he was so kind and helpful and made it as least stressful as possible For me. I Will wait to do all my shopping until Skylar is working.

Lavinia Bryson Lori was extremely helpful, was kind, knowledgeable and worked with my own fashion consciousness. We shopped throughout the store and I felt Lori understood my needs. What wonderful service!

Adrian Castro It’s hot topic, I like this, recently went and I just felt the need to comment stating that the staff can be really friendly and nice, it’s a small location sure (it’s Yakima, what do you expect tho right?) but Lex, the staff member who was helping me find some nice clothes, was really helpful and supportive, like in Yakima I’m really afraid to be myself around folks and so just being able to just make side chat while they helped me get clothes was very comforting and I felt really welcomed there, I came out with some cool new pants to. Only complaint, it doesn’t have as much as other locations but…again it’s just Yakima, I’m glad we have one around at the very least, nice atmosphere and friendly staff.
