Sindu Loft is one of my favorite stores. Im thrilled theyve opened another location, as they offer an extensive collection and frequently have sales. The staff is always friendly and helpful, and the location provides free parking. I highly recommend it!

Lara-Ashley Monroe It’s fine. They’re too promotion heavy. But really, please work on customer service. We couldn’t get anyone to help us get a fitting room. No one said hello. And the cashiers cannot fold clothes!!!

Festival Director Surprisingly, this small town has a Safeway, a very small one without a deli and no large bakery, but big enough for this little town of Davenport. Staff is very friendly and rush people through the line. Extra parking on the side.

Tasha Gulack I tried on a beautiful dress in store, but it was a little bit small. Their sales person offered to order one for me and my size. when I received it, I realize she had ordered me a petite even though I’m rather tall. In addition, The size up she recommended was too large. I decided to call customer service to get some advice on which size might actually be the right size for me. They told me that the dress was sold out that there were no sizes in petite or regular that were available for sale at all. I went on the website and found that the dress was not out of stock as the gentleman had told me and was able order another size myself. The whole experience has been less than I expected from a store with their reputation. Very disappointed in the customer service.

Shopping at Loft isn’t just about finding great clothes (though trust me, you will). It’s about the experience, one that’s cozy, personal and refreshingly kind.
