JCPenney - Shop WA (Near Olympia)

Vanessa B. Had a great first time experience! Staff were super friendly and helpful. I needed to find a dress quickly and this was my first stop and walked out with 3 gorgeous flattering dresses and a knit cardigan for less than $100. Given the tag prices, I was expecting a big hit to my wallet when I checked out but they were running sales and clearance deals. The clothing I got were great quality, dresses were lined. I am so glad I tried them out and will be coming for sure.

Kylie Dugan I had a great experience at this store. Very friendly and helpful staff. I found some really cute clothes and I felt awesome in them. I reccommend this store to everyone in moses lake. Clothes are on trend. They have plus sizes as well and carry some of their pants in a long in store which is a lifesaver.

Adrian Castro It’s hot topic, I like this, recently went and I just felt the need to comment stating that the staff can be really friendly and nice, it’s a small location sure (it’s Yakima, what do you expect tho right?) but Lex, the staff member who was helping me find some nice clothes, was really helpful and supportive, like in Yakima I’m really afraid to be myself around folks and so just being able to just make side chat while they helped me get clothes was very comforting and I felt really welcomed there, I came out with some cool new pants to. Only complaint, it doesn’t have as much as other locations but…again it’s just Yakima, I’m glad we have one around at the very least, nice atmosphere and friendly staff.

Sindu Loft is one of my favorite stores. Im thrilled theyve opened another location, as they offer an extensive collection and frequently have sales. The staff is always friendly and helpful, and the location provides free parking. I highly recommend it!

David Officer Charlottes customer service is A+++. Promote and hire more Charlottes. BTW, I forgot two bags of purchases at the store and Super Charlotte called me and let me know they are holding on to them for me to come get. Done and thank you!
