Rita, who manages the men’s section, went above and beyond—pulling suits, helping in the dressing room, and matching shoes with a personal touch. Their warmth, attention, and style expertise made the whole experience unforgettable. Thank you both for making us feel so special! Also, the woman that is the seamstress that has been running her own business in the back for the last 27 years. Definitely knows what she’s doing how to cut had Measure and make things fit perfectly we love that

Joelene Glavin This location needs to calm down on pricing. I think whoever decides prices has forgotten this is a thrift store NOT a fancy boutique. Ive seen clothes priced higher here then in store brand new. Also since I have NO choice but to check myself out, I cant see why your prices would go up. I should have a choice between self checkout and a cashier. I do not work for value village so why am I working when I shop there? I will give them this though, their selection is nice but again the prices are too high. I literally get mad while shopping here. Due to overpriced things and lack of customer service (in regards to check out, not the employees themselves) I do not go here unless I absolutely need something I cant find elsewhere in town and I know im not alone in this. Do better value village. Get your prices under control and rethink your only self check out methods. Also better weekly sales would be nice but yall cant even do that with your ridiculous prices. Come on its time to reevaluate your systems.

David G2 This place is a mess. Finding the brand, style, color, size I want is nearly impossible. They dont care about keeping items organized at all.

Roy Actual Open 24 hours. Verify business hours for accuracy. 8 gasoline pumps. Diesel fuel available. Clean restrooms. Friendly staff. A great place for travelers to stop over and refuel or pick up snacks. Close to McDonalds, Starbucks, a Best Western hotel and Tesla charging stations.

heather tibbett I don’t know what has changed (new manager..?), but I visit Old Navy every couple of months and I was very pleasantly surprised recently. A couple of weeks ago I visited and not only was the store incredibly organized, but the staff was so friendly and helpful. Customer service is almost non existent generally speaking, but I was happy to be treated politely. Can’t wait to go back!
