Lisa Demase One of my favorite places to shop they are requiring masks at this time it is always clean organized and all of the merchandise is visible and you can picture it on yourself they try on room was open when I was there I got 2 great pieces and they were nice pants for work

Cheyenne Franco My first experience in a LOFT store. MaryAnn went above and beyond! I was shopping for an outfit for a very important interview. I went in thinking I knew what I wanted, only to be faced with dread. I shyly asked for her assistance and she went above and beyond to help curate an outfit that suited me, but also made me feel confident and comfortable. Tasha Gulack I tried on a beautiful dress in store, but it was a little bit small. Their sales person offered to order one for me and my size. when I received it, I realize she had ordered me a petite even though I’m rather tall. In addition, The size up she recommended was too large. I decided to call customer service to get some advice on which size might actually be the right size for me. They told me that the dress was sold out that there were no sizes in petite or regular that were available for sale at all. I went on the website and found that the dress was not out of stock as the gentleman had told me and was able order another size myself. The whole experience has been less than I expected from a store with their reputation. Very disappointed in the customer service.

Bill Smith Took my daughter here without high expectations. However was thoroughly impressed with the customer service. Both store workers were helpful and courteous. The store was tidy and organized despite every inch of space being covered with products. Next time she asks me to take her, I will happily oblige.

HB Update 11/29/22: I was at the store to pick up some jeans and tops for my daughter the staff was very helpful and they helped me to purchase all the stuff I was looking for. The experience has improve in a major way compared to my last visit and I am bumping up the 3 stars for their excellent customer care. I like their belts very much. They are reasonably priced and great quality. AE has recently introduced their square buckle and I wanted to check out the colors and size. I went to the store and asked for some help in trying the belts and the lady at the store was hell bent on not helping me. I just left the store with a bad experience.
