Kayla gatschet So I have to brag a bit about the assistant manager of this location!!! Victoria was an amazing help when I walked into the store. At first we were under the impression that I was unable to find what I was looking for but as I was about to give up and pay for the other items I had gathered, We located the items I was in search of... I was looking for a specific mystery toy (Stitch Disney pride bag clip). Victoria started grabbing little bags and feeling for stitch. When she believed she felt his ears she told me that was the one I was going to want. She is like Magic! SHE LOCATED HIM FOR ME!!!!

Adrian Castro It’s hot topic, I like this, recently went and I just felt the need to comment stating that the staff can be really friendly and nice, it’s a small location sure (it’s Yakima, what do you expect tho right?) but Lex, the staff member who was helping me find some nice clothes, was really helpful and supportive, like in Yakima I’m really afraid to be myself around folks and so just being able to just make side chat while they helped me get clothes was very comforting and I felt really welcomed there, I came out with some cool new pants to. Only complaint, it doesn’t have as much as other locations but…again it’s just Yakima, I’m glad we have one around at the very least, nice atmosphere and friendly staff.

Jennifer Helen To the manager/owner: love Zara!! However, I feel for you in terms of hiring employees with a strong work ethic, despite having a beautiful store with multiple checkout registers and plenty of employees on the floor, they routinely (every time I come -approx 7-8 times past 3 months) they refuse to use any checkout except one on bottom floor, AND at the one there is almost always 1 out of 3 cashiers working it, whilst all other employees roam about the floors-NOT assisting customers mind you-in fact they never engage with customers on the floor even if you walk by them. The only interaction in fact from the employees roaming about (except the 1 cashier) has been to tell me to go downstairs s to checkout. I feel for you because I know you are paying them well to do very little while there is a long line to checkout on a Tuesday night at 6 pm—5 people in line-1 cashier-multiple employees swinging by the line and not a one thinks to open up one of the unmanned registers.Again Love Zara but this issue definitely impacts my desire to come shop here. Michael Wright Had an outstanding experience at Men’s Wearhouse. Even though the store was packed when we walked in, Nick still took the time to help us without ever making us feel rushed. He was knowledgeable, attentive, and genuinely focused on making sure everything fit and looked right. His professionalism and attitude made a huge impression. The suit we picked out looks sharp and fits perfectly. Overall, great service and great quality. Highly recommend asking for Nick if you want top-tier customer care.
