Traveling from Philadelphia, I unfortunately forgot to pack my tuxedo shirt, which could have turned into a stressful situation. However, the staff at Jos. A. Bank, especially Mildred, turned it into a pleasure! From the moment I walked in, Mildred greeted me with warmth and professionalism. She was incredibly helpful, guiding me through the selection process and ensuring I found the perfect tuxedo shirt that fit just right. Her expertise and friendly demeanor made the shopping experience enjoyable and stress-free. This was my first visit to Jos. A. Bank, and thanks to Mildreds exceptional service, it certainly won’t be my last. I highly recommend this store to anyone in need of formal wear. Their dedication to customer service made all the difference!

andrew schroeder I had a great experience at Banana Republic. I came in not really knowing what I was looking for, but I ended up liking an outfit I saw on a mannequin. Lina went above and beyond to help me out, especially since my size was the last one on the mannequin. She made everything easy and made sure I was taken care of. The gentleman at the counter was also super helpful and friendly. Overall, really solid customer service. Would definitely recommend visiting this location.

Scott Rimbach To start of this review I will be brutally honest, I am not a fan of clothes shopping. However, that mentality was changed recently after visiting Dillards in Ocala Florida. The store was very well laid out and easy to navigate. The prices were reasonable for what I was looking for. The sales items were even better. But the most important part of my experience was the sales representative who helped me. George Feeser was amazing!!. He took the time to ask me what I was looking for, what I liked and didnt like, and completely made me feel at ease during this process. He helped me to create not just singular pieces of clothing, but also showed me how to turn alot of my items into complete wardrobe ensembles. There were no high pressure sales tactics. If I said I didnt like something, then that was it. There was no pressure to buy any particular item(s), he acknowledged how I felt and we looked at something else. I would definitely recommend this store and HIGHLY recommend George Feeser to help you out.
