5 /5 Monica Smith: I recently had the absolute pleasure of being helped by Szilvia Bognar at Chico’s, Cordova Mall and I cannot say enough wonderful things about her. I visited on March 7th and despite the fact that Szilvia was new to this Chicos store, she went above and beyond to ensure I had an exceptional shopping experience. She stayed past closing time, showing her dedication to making sure I was completely satisfied and finished with everything I needed.
Szilvia was so personable, kind, and genuinely attentive. She tirelessly went back and forth to bring me different sizes and expertly found matching pieces to fit my preferences. She was patient and thoughtful - she truly made me feel like her top priority.
It is rare these days, to come across someone committed to making customers feel valued and cared for. Szilvia’s professionalism and warm personality left a lasting impression on me, and I will certainly be returning to this store because of her outstanding service. Chico’s is fortunate to have her on their team. It would not be right for me not to also mention the manager (I think she was a manager) that worked with her that night. She was fun and also very kind and supportive. Great experience!
