5 /5 L Cardinal: We enjoy looking around this store. We found some jeans we liked, but they were too long. We asked if they had any shorter ones. The clerk checked and said they didn’t have any in stock, but they could order them and have them shipped to our house at no additional charge. Excellent customer service.

5 /5 Tracy Booth: This was the first time I have been into a GAP in a very long time. It used to be my go to store in the 90ies but things change...Today I was pleasantly surprised with both the quality of the items I found and the prices. I had picked out 6 things to try on that were gaps in my wardrobe. I was shocked that I actually loved how they all looked on as well as the materials they were made of! That never happens. I will definitely be back to this store.

Tamaya (forgive my spelling) was patient with the issue I was having with a return and she never made me feel like a burden. She is the epitome of "customer service with a smile" and is an asset to the team hands down! So good to see exceptional customer service these days. People mostly review to complain, but this young lady deserves honorable mention. Thank you again!
