2 /5 Julia Carmo: Went to take holiday pictures here. Now the photographer Tyler was amazing. Good at his job and with kids, but the part that gives this store such a bad rating is that the photoshoot pricing is a scam! I came in for the holiday discount online which regular price is (179) and they tried to charge me 210 minimum and told me there is no other way to get my pictures. I explained that online there is a coupon and I signed up using that and they said no. I can’t get my pictures unless I pay the 210. I don’t know what the club member ship is but they charged me that as well adding a total of $45. Please help! I tried to call but they left me on hold for over 30 minutes and maid me wait an hour and a half for my appointment at 3:15. Very disappointed. Only positive experience was the photographer

1 /5 Itsy Mitsy: Went for Black Friday I needed to use the restroom while shopping so there’s only one women’s and one men’s restroom. The women’s is on the first floor and the men’s is on the second floor. The women’s restroom was being cleaned by the janitor some Cuban lady that had light brown or blonde hair, She was listening to music being on her phone and taking her sweet time “cleaning” the restroom. She was just hiding behind the restroom door being on her phone. Other people had caught her multiple times hiding behind the door to be on her phone while “Cleaning”. A lot of us had asked her when she was going to be done if she was close to being done, and there was a long line of women waiting for the restroom. She told every single woman in line to go use the men’s restroom and we asked her if she was gonna shut down the men’s restroom for us to go and she said no that it was fine for us to go use the men’s restroom without it being shut down and without any other man being aware that the women’s restroom was being cleaned, and she was sending other women to the men’s restroom. We all told her that was crazy because the restroom wasn’t going to be shut down for us and any man can go into the restroom because it’s their restroom. I had gone upstairs to wait for my husband and my child to come out of the men’s restroom to tell them what happened and in the time that I was waiting over 30 men in the span of eight minutes, had to come in and out of that restroom. The restroom that this janitor wanted all the women to go to without any security or any other janitor to shut down the restroom for us to be able to go. We go back downstairs and we ask her again when she’s gonna open the restroom for the women’s because it had already been over 45 minutes and she was not done cleaning the restroom. She said she wasn’t anywhere near done because she had barely started which was a lie because before I had a arrived, another lady had said she had been waiting for over 30 minutes and she wasn’t anywhere near done cleaning the restroom. That lady had been on her phone the entire time lying to women saying that she had just started when she had been on her phone hiding and pretending to clean and sending every single woman that goes to her asking when the rest will open up to go to the men’s restroom. Apart from being extremely rude every single time we approached her what she said in response to all of our questions was very rude and extremely dangerous because how are you going to send women and little girls to a men’s restroom and not have it shut down for them or even care about their safety. The complete disregard the janitor had was completely appalling. I hope that JCPenney sees this because this is how they Let their own employees treat their customers. I hope that janitor gets fired because every woman and little girl in the world does not deserve to have that happen to them. What’s worse is that this was a fellow woman telling other women to go to the men’s restroom and completely disregard their safety and their concerns. JCPenney, you need to do better!

1 /5 Michael Cassavaugh: Totally understand why this brand is dying. No variety in sizing and 20 min wait to cash out. Staff all pointing to one register where a “manager” and cashier are trying to fix the 20 year old register with 5 people standing in line… This store is a complete dumpster fire!

1 /5 sean thomas: My visit to JCPenney was awful from start to finish. The employee who helped me was shockingly rude — instead of offering assistance, she acted irritated and dismissive, as if I was bothering her by asking simple questions. To make things worse, the manager was openly yelling at another coworker right in front of customers close to closing. It was so unprofessional and uncomfortable to watch, and it even brought the poor young worker to tears. Between the rude customer service and the complete lack of professionalism from management, this location is a mess. I won’t be coming back, and I’d suggest others avoid it too.
