Zay Andrés I went to the mall today and I decided to stop by on Dillards. The music choice was really amazing and the entire place was quiet at most. It is a really great place, and though the prices are a bit expensive, the quality of the interior was really nice and I have bought some clothes before. This shopping experience did not disappoint and Id most likely come here again. Amazing service, and thanks to the employees for being cooperative and understanding. Definitely check this place out for yourselves.

Deandra Raquel Bacon, M.Ed. James was absolutely amazing!! I was looking for a specific spray but I didn’t see any on the floor. After he checked the stock he realized the store was out, but he had a solution. He helped me do an online order from the store and it was seamless. I’ll be having my spray delivered to my door in no time

Sara Collins If you want to see what the Mean Girls cast acts like in their seventies, then you need to visit this store. I have been a customer for over 25 years, but the last several times I have walked into this location, I have been treated so rudely by associates there. They would rather talk to their friends visiting or with each other than help customers look for different sizes or suggest pieces that complement what you are looking for. The first few times, I dismissed their rude behavior due to halving a bad day or ignorance, but after what I saw today, I think they are just plain rude, arrogant and discriminatory. I love Talbots, but I will be spending my money elsewhere.

Dan S Very helpful and friendly staff. Checked on us multiple times without being overbearing. They came around periodically to take away clothes that I had decided I wasnt going to buy at the fitting room. Store was clean and all clothes were easily accessible. The bathroom couldve used some cleaning, but at least one was available to customers.

Gabriella Vassallo I love to go into different Anthropologies whenever I travel and this location is one of the best! The customer service is excellent and the store is just gorgeous and well organized! I went yesterday with my Pomeranian and the manager was so nice and even gave him a treat! She was so helpful in assisting me with sizes and the other girls at the register were also very sweet. I went back this morning because of a sensor that was accidentally overlooked on a blouse that I purchased and the girl at the register was so helpful and just great! I definitely will be back to this store when I come back to Savannah!
