Their sizes run larger than most other stores I shop at, but that doesnt bother me. Who doesnt want to buy a smaller size? The sales people are glad to help but dont follow you around, which is nice.

Angie Mauga Ms Taylor absolutely incredible. Assisted me when systems were not running properly. And took her personal time to reach out to me to finish my transactions. Great team in the store.

Whitney Ashby Mary helped my mother and I this evening and she is absolutely AMAZING. Best customer service I’ve experienced in a very long time. She was patient, caring, attentive and damn good at her job. She helped us make excellent choices that we would have butchered if not for her help. Great selection and big sales on most items but, Mary, she was the cherry on top! We will definitely be returning to see her.

Donald Jackson Rhyian went the extra mile to find my boot size. The boot I wanted did not have a sale tag. I was going to go without. Rhyian so took initiative to check and sure enough the boot was on sale. Kaylie was patient & smiled as I scurried through my email to find my coupon, which helped tremendously. Shoutout to both. Both were stellar!

BELLY I havent shopped Loft in a while but Im so glad I stopped here! The customer service I received alone makes me want to come back! Claire, Megan, and Sarah were excellent, professional, and extremely helpful! I came in for a black top, essentially, something to wear for the weekend, and Claire gave me such a personal experience! She recommended some tops that I may like, based off of style and color, and I even inquired about jumpers which she pointed me to as well. Not only did she recommend clothing, following Covid19 precautions, I was allowed to try on clothes and got opinions from her and Sarah! Theyre even considerate of your budget! Got a jumper, a classy strap shirt, and a romper-jumper??, for just around $60! Hands down, best experience Ive had in a clothing store in a while! Thanks ladies! :)
